1. Insert Staff and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from
source documents within time limits
2. Maintain separate folders for all the data, staff documents in different categories
3. Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source
data for computer entry
4. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check
output
5. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
6. Apply data program techniques and procedures
7. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup
operations
8. Scan documents and print files, when needed
9. Keep information confidential
10. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
11. Comply with data integrity and security policies
12. Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
13. Keep doing internet research on daily basis and extract data from net to be added in the
relevant data base.
14. Any additional tasks that have been assigned to him/her on daily basis.
15. Post relevant images, news on different social media portals and groups.
16. Add job posts on portals and classifieds
