JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT UP TO AED 3.5K AED FOR A GROUP OF COMPANY IN THE UAE Full Time

To generate Profit and Loss (P&L) reports and Statement of Accounts (SOA) to include payable and receivable

To present and explain P&L to management in a concise manner

To source supplier, and get quotes for price comparison from different suppliers strategically with cost focus

POSITION: Junior Accountant

SALARY: up to AED 3,500 AED all-inclusive depending on qualifications and experience

HIRING COMPANY: Group Company

LOCATION: JLT Cluster V, near DAMAC Metro Station, Dubai, UAE

START DATE: Immediately (1-month max)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

Working days and hours: Sat – Thurs 8 am – 6 pm

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Open to Filipina

Female, Single, up to 25 years old

Strictly non-smoker, healthy, and fit to work

Living in the radius of 10 km max from work location (JLT) or willing to relocate is preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related studies

At least 2 years of corporate experience is a must, with focus on similar area/line of work

Strong understanding of full cycle of accounting, forecasts, computing cost, revenue, profits and online banking

Knowledge in UAE Tax laws and UAE Labor laws

Full comprehension of QuickBooks, MS Excel and other software up to date

Strong skills in sourcing and dealing with suppliers

Strong skills in dealing with employees’ data to be included in payroll processing

Multi-tasker and creative thinker with good team player attitude

Flexible to perform other duties while being crossed trained on other admin duties

Can handle work under pressure with tight deadlines and extended hours at night and during weekends

Strong English comprehension and writing skills (email composition)
