Pay Package

I.            Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Economics, Development Studies, Public Administration, MBA (management) or Social Sciences.

II.            A BPS-19 officer or equivalent from Pakistan Administrative Service/Provincial Service subject to condition after provision of EOL certificate of the quarters concerned or private/corporate sector to be selected on competitive basis.

III.            At least 15 years overall experience including 5 years at mid-senior management level and 5 years’ in planning and implementation of development project/programme(s). However, experience will be considered after master’s degree.

IV.            Demonstrated experience and ability to liaise with a wide range and levels of organizations including Government, Semi Government, Autonomous Bodies and International & National reputable NGOs.

V.            Demonstrated strong interpersonal and motivational skills and sensitivity to the local environment as well as the ability to work minimal supervision and proven ability to accomplish and present work with a high degree of accuracy and technical quality;

VI.            Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, in order to communicate complex, technical information to both technical and general audiences, including strong policy advice skills.
